Seven days later, people like Ruth Gale are still living without power and internet. She said, "It's real hard and dark too because I use candles. County lines trees. So many don't have the means right now to apply for FEMA individual assistance online. We recognize that would be a real challenge for folks who don't have electricity and may not have computers and internet service. But the public defender's office does."
